Damn, I screwed my build on my lily rain eve, got tgh lowered at 6 and fly at 16, but my tech is maxed out at 40. got that range upgrade that has -10% ammo and +10% range and make it two of 'em, and have a force upgrade that has +10% force and -10% ammo. have viper shield on her, 3 slot handgun. 5 cost cartridge and a float dash. should i junk her or not?

PS. Got some extra slots to tune up more but needing more rainbow chips.
