what is the best Lily rain EVE catr. build ?

Well i have a lvl 6 Lily rain EVE, and i am not sure on my cartridges, can anyone help me ?
my current settings are:
Cost + hp upgrade x5
Boost run (since my walk is considerably low for land dodge and evading while shooting)

but what is the best in your opinions ?

what is the advantage of using float dash ? alot of people says that its better to use float dash because you can shoot all weapons in mid dash, but honestly, when in E.V.E gun mode, Lily can't shoot all of them as fast as normal lily rain

and is it a good idea to use the internal core cartridge ? since her core weapon has 0 damage (all it does is change your right hand into the E.V.E gun)

Float dash is great for getting away, dodging and attacking. Seriously, pretty much nothing hits you.
If an EVE doesn't have float dash then it better have short boost.

Enhancing the internal core will increase the amount of EVE modes you can use by 2. (Maximum of 6)
