| Hmm What cart builds would you get on eve ._.?
So far i'm considering
cost x5 or x6 enhance core 2x blast guard float dash sniper site (depending if I get the 5x cost boost or 6x). (this would probably be helpful as people wouldn' t be able to tell how long eve has locked on to them for but eh?.)

| Exactly what I'd go with.
Though, I'm not sure how important float dash is for EVE. Sniper Sight is a must though. | |

Sniper sight is obvious, and does enhance internal affect all of her weapons (they're all locked), or just the psygun, just the railgun, etc Enhance Internal only increases the ammo of the E.V.E mode. And maybe accelerates the animation that gives her the gun. | |

| My EVE has:
x6 cost upgrades x1 Enhance Internal x1 Float dash x1 Quick boost x1 Blast guard
Enhancing Internal only gives you 2 more EVE modes per cartridge, so 2 being stock then it's 4-6, it's up to the person on how many they want but she has too much good stuff.
I was thinking of dropping Blast guard for either Broad radar or Quick land, since I've never tried them I gave them a pass for now, I'll experiment with them later. | |

| lily EVE has a shitload of possible tune ups, so the carts you get will affect your final FLY/TEC (of course i already put 3 great force on my railgun.. 90 cost -32 ammo zz)
i went with
6 cost 1 internal blast float dash broad radar | |

| I'm planning on building mine like this.
6x Cost Up 1x Enhance Core Weapon 1x Float Dash 1x Broad Radar 1x Quick Boost or Sniper Sights (Still debating between the two, anyone got a suggestion? I'm leaning more towards Sniper Sights)

| For her EVE cannon, I tuned her with 2 High Shooters and Force (+20% range and speed, +3% force)
I'm quite happy with the results of that tune up! Combined it with sniper sights and on certain maps, bots can't see me at all but i'm lv3 locked on from the range increase, and the speed is there to make sure it hits. | |

I see no point in sniper sight with EVE, if you sneak up on someone and start getting a unbuffed 3 lock on them chances are they're not going to notice because: 1. They're art and they're blasting the donkeys out of something 2. AFK 3. Shooting trees Suddenly they take 120 damage from a blast the size of a bullet train, then they're going to know where you are regardless of sniper sight. Unless they're blind then they probably shouldn't be playing the game. (No offense to all those blind CBers out there) Also from experience you probably shouldn't be sneaking around the back to get that one lucky shot off before every man and his dog knows your position and starts chasing you. Then the fun begins.. Trying to get locks on something with 3 air, 1 Lagkun and a Ouka chasing you, while float dashing backwards and trying to keep a shield up isn't the best of damage. Chances are you'll probably die too. (Or close to it) My 2 cents. | |

| from cartridge view, i tuned my eve this way; -Max capacity (all capacity upgrades taken) -Boost run
and from tune up POV; i tuned the raid rifle (2 slots) (my weapon before summoning rail gun) with high technique (didn't take great because of lacking the stone) buckler (2 slots) with high technique and eagle head with a life tune up
result = not so bad, i rarely miss and the damage is quite ok (maybe i will upgrade the railgun with force + range and speed) | |

| I suddenly reliazed from all that high cost tuning that her cost almost reached her cap O.o
Damn-.-Now Im worried about having enough cost to get float dash and stuff like that.I supposed 34 tec is high enough to use the spare cost to get range, right? | |

| I found out that I can only have 35 cost left to spare for further tuning,crap Shoulda used more great force alpha,I was too excited that I forgot abt the cost...Wish there's a way to cancel tune up besides junking. | |

| so yeah, i just did junked my lv 6 ouka, and all the broken slots just been restored but not her legs. good thing there's a forum that helps out people by people and for people. :3 | |
