Fly the same way you're aim is doing, and put your cursor a little before your aim is going to move. This way you'll hit around 1 shoot out of 3. Other possibility is tuning the weapon for simple/high/great rapid or shooter/high shooter. Also the ABR is not really got at chasing (as every kind of rifle excepted rail gun likes) but does insane damages to LND units whichever tend to spam their close combat weapons (excepted Lagkun, of course). Also it does really decent damages to ART units from a good range. If possible, try to shoot only 1 bullet when you're not sure you'll hit instead of 3.
And two last thing : don't read the guy before me, ABR is by far the best S weapon for air unit since beta (so many izunadualABR, same goes for Seraph), and avoid using it against air unit, or you'll waste ammo in close time.
