i play also this GTA too , of course VERY heavily modded, i dont know what kind of mod you use to get the cars like that ( if you know please care to tell me? ) the mods mostly i use is
1 anime characters/Touhou skins on both CJ and peasants ( even the police and military xD )
2 an odd mod that allow you to call reinforcements with your cellphone, an helicopter drop em , just like the SWAT comes at you
3 This is one very new, and voice mod to remplace CJ voices wen his is hurt and other stuff i think not sure of the coverage of voices
4 well i use some modded weps but not that much really,
my game would be perfect with these sorts of cars though, i remember seeing in youtube somebody making an truck like that full of lucky star Adds
hope this isn considered necro .__. .

*Wolf Hikari*
How that happend?Âż i used Reimu model/skin before and it never went wrong, if you char became an bloody mess of pixels, there an actual mod that fix that too you know o.o
also skins are the easiest mod to use, the hardest ones imo are the ones that involve ether cars/weapons or altering the game system

It's totally worth it if you have the patience to mod every pedestrian. By the way, do you use a character changer, or did you just swap cj.txd and cj.dff with the Reimu model and texture?

I use an character changer that was incluided in an package of skins :3,
also, relevant to the topic, this is the video where i found the voice mod for CJ
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=racQbjc8p2w
not more manly voice in the skins. ( there other mod floathing around that make CJ to walk like an woman O_o )
yeah thats true, is an truly pain to mod every pedestrian, im thinking re install my game to just to mod the CJ and his band into the lucky star crew, ( there better choices but thats one of my favorites anime )

I asume so, the package have one folder with 2 script files that act as character changer, no more, its also have an odd pogram put skins on pedestrians and modify other values of them ( like what car they drive and etc )

If you're cool with using CLEO mods, there's a much better character changer out there.

Err i really dont know how to use cleo but i look for it ( i seen tutorials about that in youtube )
so far my modding skills only has done
1 modify character skins
2 modify CJ voice
3 the use of that odd mod to call reinforcements of your band via the cellphone
4 ( not done yet but planning to ) edit cars , is that edithing of your cars in the screenies, is posible to do that on an tank?
Spoiler:
I wish for an lucky star themed tank

Using CLEO mods is easy. First, you download the installer, then you run it. Install CLEO 4 to your San Andreas folder. After that all you need to do is drop CLEO mods into the CLEO folder and you're done. Some mods require extra steps though.
You can't use those car skins on tanks because those skins were made for the car they were used on and only that car. You would have to make a Lucky Star skin that fits on a tank and doesn't stretch.
