The first dōjinshi manga about Gokicha was titled "!!," and the second volume, "!!!," shipped at Comic Market 78 last August. Nerd-Goods.com already sells a t-shirt based on the character.

According to the advertising for the mobile phone anime, Mamiko Noto will voice Gokicha and Rie Kugimiya will voice her friend Chaba.

If you consider slaughtering little girls at a rate of 1 every 3 episodes moe (Ironically, slaughtering cute little girls just happens to be my biggest fetish) then yes, it is very moe.
