20k is 50 rolls... You got 17 gold balls out of 50 rolls... The stated chances of a gold ball are one in ten... Statistically you should only have 5 gold balls, that would be something like 3 Crims and 2 Lilies... Either you messed up your amount you spent, or you're trollin... Just asked this yesterday, I was told arcantus.

Well, I found about 10 rainbow chips, but the red and yellow ones I need are being annoying. That's just my personal lack of luck though.

Arcantus is your best bet...especially if you have a drop multiplier item in effect!

That being said, the other colors drop rather frequently in Arcantus when you have some kind of multiplier in effect.

3* Haku is waaaaaaay easier than 3* berz

anyway thanx for some good advice i guess after getting my 6th seraph promotion ill try and get the materials

If you're talking about red/blue/green chips,
I suggest rolling UC garapon without high expectations since they tend to blue ball you alot.
Otherwise you have to do missions.
Maybe even other quests.
Haku one star is easily solo'd
