Last cartridge on Lily

All right, my Lily Rain is getting closer to LV 8, and i'm starting to wonder which cartridge put on her as she grows to level 10.

Right now she has a good FLY stat, two bazookas and all internal weapon upgrades.
She endend up with a very low WLK stat.

Her actual build and parts are what i plan to keep even when she'll be at 10, and right now her cost is at maximum her actual capacity can support.

So, with 3 cartridges left to use i have evaluated 3 possibilities:

1)
- Two increase capacity (+40 effective capacity, for a total of +80 capacity for both)
- Stealth System (40 cost).
With this option i'll have 40 spare points to use for tune ups or other tweaks.

2)
- One increase capacity (+40 capa)
- Float dash to increas usage of her higher fly stat OR Sniper sight (20 cost)
- Move while firing all weapons (10 cost)
This will leave 10 spare points for small tune ups.

3)
- One increase capacity (+40 capa)
- Float Dash (20 cost)
- Sniper sight

Stealth system could be good, but Lily needs at least midrange to fire, so i'm not sure it's that useful on her.
Float Dash could give her additional movement and compensate her low WLK.
Sniper Sight might be useful if you're flanking someone, so the last option might be more useful than the first one.
Well...any suggestions?

i would say third, but i don't use lilly all that much, so i wouldn't really know.

+ Stealth system is pretty much only ever used if you like attacking from the alleys. If you are in the mid-range field, having it or not wont change how much you are targeted. Since well hiding in this game is like trying to hide a elephant on the living room... but with a giant name tag that floats on top of him.

I'd go with 2. A Lily that can use float dash well is a dangerous opponent indeed. A Lily that can fire all weapons while float dashing is even more dangerous.

You dont' need moving burst to fire all weapons mid-float-dash.

Sniper Sight prevents the enemy from realizing you've locked on to them, which they must manually lock on to you instead. That's a great utility in PvP.

I'd go with #3.
