HeroClix Players

Just wanted to see if anyone here plays HeroClix.

I barely know how to play but... I have around maybe 100 heroclix that I got at a con. The Dealer was one of those people under the impression that the game was dead once WizKids "abandoned" it. So I got over 100 for the low price of $50

It is a bit sad that it was abandoned -_- I was probably going to try getting back in after 5 years since I found someone who actually knows the game after so long, but they graduated and our game store stopped restocking it and....a whole bunch of incidents -_-

Wizkids did not abandoned Heroclix Topps the former owners abandoned Wizkids. However NECA brought Wizkids and the game has been back (in America only unless you import it) for just over a year. They have released four new booster sets (2 DC and 2 Marvel) and set box sets, Classics, Blackness Night, Brightest Day, Watchmen and Jonah Hex.

I've just getting back into the game after about a 2 year absence, so far it's been going pretty good though it seems some of the rules regarding powers have changed greatly since then.

this game is a joke, and like most competitive table-tops, they're pay a high price get a win kind of game. I'm done with those kinds of games.
