How is Cosmic Break after 5 Years?

Hello Everyone!

I left this game 5 years ago and yesterday I was remembering about it, the surprise is that the game is still functional and some how I could log in here.

I'm interested in come back to play but I don't know which is the actual state of this game. There are many people that still plays? is it dying? the community is increasing?

I was surprised that there was a CB2 named Cosmic League but it shuted down on 2017... but this game is still on...

Can someone please tell me which is the status of the game actually in general terms?

Game is on near-death state, player declined since years ago.
Powercreeps are real that skills don't matter much if you use toptier stuffs that barely need skill to be actually good (cough cough boost step). If you want to really step back into the game brace yourselves against toptier stuffs.

Well this answered what I logged in to ask after being gone for years too. Sucks, oh well.
This game had so much potential early on. Was fun back in the day.

The end is near.

I can't even find an arena room to play in when I am logged on to kill time.

I logged in today and it made me very sad, there was only 18 people online, nobody playing, just afk on the ground and resort area.
I miss the good old days when the server was full of active players... I used to love this game so much that i played it everyday and even had a blog where i was supposed to post news about the game but ended up just turning it into a screenshot album XD.

Edit: OMG I realized how flipping cringey my signature was! Don't look at it! it's embarassing!

Yeah actually this was a really good game, very fun... until initium came out... that was the time I've left.

If you really want to play, i suggest head over to JP's server.....over here in EN, somehow i think there isn't even people managing the servers now. Updates seems to be automated cut and paste, probably just requires translators to translate names over and that's it.....

Feel especially true when you see server having problems it takes more then few days to get them fixed.

Plus main issue like what above people said, lacking in players. As an pvp game like this, especially when it involves multiple players, the game itself in EN is very much dead. They don't even have enough players to fill a single 15v15 room.
