anyone know if natasha's cannon, or i guess thermes's evoluder are affected by range buffs? since they have that streak/explosive trail thing going on.

I think they are affected at least in the lock on part not entirely sure about the bullet part, is somewhat hard to test without a 3rd party

And Pepen's also is a lot worse when it comes to homing and certainly not as good as moray in that department (Pepen is only good at vomiting projectiles, she's a crap art against dumb airs or even any air that actually moves around and knows Pepen is there), it also has a status while Moray just gives the middle finger to CV, Moray can also deal damage, and ignore anti homing, and has a bigger projectile. Pepen's also is a lot more unreliable due to being a sub weapon, which has lock-on delay and you just can't choose the target if multiple people are close enough and on the screen.

Pepen is only BS against melee without FR, and melee that can't do more than press W.

Does pepen's stunshot gives status?

Isn't the whole point of her firing a ball of ice to stun and freeze you in place? Regular stuns doesn't just make you drop down. I can double check.

But even if it's not, that only makes it inferior to Moray anyway.

When I get hit by it, it almost takes me 1 second to move no matter what (and CB has the bad habit of having status under the hood) and barely bothers me in FR bots, but then those also have the stun cart anyway, but guess it doesn't. Well, not like it gets any better, it only makes it worse because you can't reapply her stun until GV expires anyway, so having less cooldown is only good for the multi step or hitting a different person (which if you spam it then you won't be a threat because you won't be doing any relevant damage).
