Round 1 of elections is over who did you guys voted for and how many votes did you give to that character? I voted Maril march and gave her 569 votes in total. I barely played these last weeks so couldnt give as much votes as I could had.

okay so kuhl 131 is kuhl before she left the organization she worked at,

kuhl 131 is basically that mindless soldier that kills on orders

while regular kuhl is after she got freed from that dark organization is like as a happy normal girl

so it explains why she stronger then kuhl 131
