I would recommend you to go with red tier boost run, but maybe it's too much for a 2s build

Anyways... I don't like short boost + boost run together... I'll just pick one of them since both consumes boost gauge... if you ran out of boost gauge you are dead, can't run and half height hop at 0 boost gauge.

as an ART and if you really want revenge tunes and have enough capacity and slots to afford one... go clearance to save yourself from melee melt or slow, or go hypershot to help you fight shooters.

Blast guard helps you fight enemy ART. Beam guard helps you fight enemy AIR. Broad Radar helps you avoid LND melee surprise buttsex. Since you can't have them all, pick one or two of which you have the most difficulty dealing with but do not sacrifice capacity carts for max tuning and at least one mobility cart to work with your decoy dash for dodging. If you however prefer to disregard all guard carts... make sure to maximize mobility stat since only good dodging will be your defense.

If it is a 2s one, 2xG.Rapid Beta... if it is a 3s one go 3xG.Rapid Beta... you only have one weapon, make every shot hit and count.

WLK based Moniggas are good with Armor Drive, added with guard carts because it makes you a tanky frontline shooter that can dive except when there is a LND melee opponent. Performs best on broad plain maps.

But for my personal preference only... I prefer FLY based Monigga since the Boost drive became attractive to me... With drive carts that allows you to recharge boost while falling, and also a passive increase altitude while flying straight in any direction, it can dodge melee opponents alot easier compared to WLK based ones (except when got surprised or cornered) and also allows me to chase after enemies over water, pit, cliff, etc.

Monigga doesn't have much trouble against melees due to her melt decoy,
but sneaky Eris players are still a pain in the ass...

I am not saying to copy my build, I just posted it as a possible reference...

The one that mechaRev just posted should be good enough.
