Yes they can. Or at least Kal. Her tackle travels through water and air like nothing. TEC plebs only get that retarded spinning tackle with long cd. STR bike is way better.

Yes mine cost 1600 all 6 weapon slots with red tunes her DPS after her 30 cannon runs out of ammo is meh. Don't compare her to Ms. Ihaveallthebuffstocountereverything Alice. Antihoming, CV buff, boost recharge with propellant buff, speed up buff, long range buff, steal boost main weapons, weapons with longer range than 80% of the arts and the mother of all homing weapons that ignores antihoming and gives a confusion debuff that isnt afected by fast recovery and don't overwrites other debuffs theres no comparison.
