having both [high tank] and [run]: just use [tank] twice instead
same with [high sentinel] and [tough]

2 fly isn't needed. Change [EX high power alpha] to [EX high power beta]

why do you have so many [high run alpha] when you already have negative tec? you can get a lot more capa.

you can also use more ex great tunes to get more hp.

without touching weapon tunes, carts, or ACs, I am able to get more HP and TGH even without the +30hp from drive carts by changing the stat tunes to be more efficient. I also changed from Gcapa to normal capa without a loss of any stats.
