Failing to update application files =/

This has been an issue for me for months now and I've been on this forum trying to find a solution

Tried running it as admin
Tried uninstalling it completely and reinstalling
Tried downloading some of the anti-aliasing settings folders

None of it worked.This has been happening since about a patch or 2 after the Mercurio and Dark Revenant patch and still persisted after I 'upgraded' from windows 8.1 to windows 10. Can anyone help?

Prolly the issue was caused by your upgrade of Windows. Solution wise, none that I've heard so far. You may want to try setting the Windows compatibility to win7,winxp, whichever you prefer.

I've tried XP,7,Vista and 8 and none of those settings work. This is so annoying.e.e

Since someone mentioned update folder... and I so happen to get "lucky" and was able to update this time...
