The first one has ＡＥＳＴＨＥＴＩＣＳ　and good WLK, so I would go with that.

36 wlk is desired these days but with that tgh i'd probably want CV, though stun recovery might end up saving you without it. First build overall looks better but I can't really check the math without tunes and I don't know anything about how the weapon works so I can't say anything about those tunes, I'll just assume you know what you're doing with the tunes.

I'll go with the first build then. I have no trouble with the wp tunes so far, may change it to force+force later, its ammo run out rather fast. Also some more change for 565 HP.
