Current build (needs improvements):

I'm pretty sure there's something wrong here, will need someone to improve on this. Man, she's hard to tune:

If possible, please omit the thumb drives as well. Good thing I have 2 extra DX coins just in case. (I can only have up to 2 Philia slots max)

she starts with 17fly and 11wlk. Idk why you'd try to tune wlk with that sort of starting balance. She lacks boost run leaving you with the only good actual mobility option being float dash which eliminates her ability to hit airs since she can't have short boost at the same time.

I can't find Philia and Lafiel in the calc, which calc did you used?

Eh, one Grapidbeta and I had no accuracy issues. I think I'll stick with mine.

38 fly for ARTs is a waste IMO, 31 is more than enough...

By the way, besides Chloe BS, is there any other BSs that were superior to Philia's stat-wise?

Switch your EX High Boosts for EX High Tech Alpha and do High Boost Beta using RB Dense instead. more HP and easier.

Also, why are you not using her Dragoon Helm? that thing is slotted and is +1 Tec +1 Fly.

Despite my love for it, I don't think she NEEDS Broad Radar, since she's perfectly capable of kiting and escaping from melees anyway. Sniper Sight might be better for Missile Abuse. Similarly, not sure if Fast Recovery is needed for her. I went Beam Guard on its place.

Side note: just noticed that you used a different BS, still, the points above stand.
