Lala still outscores any other pure support unit ever since 2011 because she constantly dishes out different buffs all the time and her buffs don't last as long as the musicians so people are forced to go and pick up the buffs more often.

No one knows that though so you never see any lalas trying to win cards.

I think people stopped using lala after they started getting more musicians or so,
I've only seen 3 lala's used in arena today. I wish CS would make an HD lala soon!

players have to be actively cycling back to lala to pick up her buff, and she needs to maintain the maximum buff.
musicians get score easier but when players are making use of lala she will pull in more than them.
