| A random phantom user appears~ I couldn't find any threads about this version of Chloe, so I thought about making one - Loli build:
[Robot Name] Chloe
[Parts] BD: Chloe BD4 : Holy Circle(default) LG: Chloe LG4 [Capacity] [Capacity] [Eagle] HD: Chloe HD4 [High Boost Beta] [High Boost Beta] [High Boost Beta] HDAC: Saint Veil [High Tech Alpha] FCAC: Lovely Lily [High Tech Alpha] BS: Chloe BS2 [High Tech Alpha] [High Tech Alpha] [High Tech Alpha] AM: Chloe AM8 [Ranger] WP: Chocolate Banana [High Boost Beta] [High Boost Beta] [High Boost Beta] AM: Chloe AM7 [High Shooter] [Force] [Great Rapid Beta] WP: Chocolate Banana [High Boost Beta] [High Boost Beta] [High Boost Beta] WP: Royal Earth [Great Rapid Beta]
[Config Check] COST: OK BS: OK LG: OK AURA: OFF
[Stats] TYPE: 砲 SIZE: S COST: 1360 CAPA: 1360 HP: 437 STR: -10 TEC: 40 WLK: 5 FLY: 38 TGH: 11
LEVEL: 10
[Cartridges] Capacity +70×6 Blast Guard Short Boost Quick Land Sniper Sight
[Material] Fudara Cosmos×14 Midoro Cosmos×8 Ones Cosmos×1 Threede Cosmos×2 Fourda Cosmos×1 Red Chip×95 Yellow Chip×45 Green Chip×40 Rainbow Chip×31 Power Amp×400 Stabilizer×66 Turbo Charger×66 Physical Stone×300 Strike Metal×4 Scope Lens×21 Rapid Crystal×67 Drum Magazine×27 Guide Circuit×35 Heat Ash×30 Acid Gel×23 Screw Bolts×440 Steel Wheel×24 Miracle Ammonite×40 Shining Feather×40
I like to use both her weapons, the first (AM7) is an homing double side projectiles (3 shoot interval = 6 hits) and the second one is a 3 shoot interval blast ray. The first is good against Air types while the second is quite good against LND types IMO. Well 40 Tec because the more the better 38 Fly because it is the last breakpoint for Air based Short boost Sniper sight because I like to piss off enemies without broad radar (They won't know what hits them) Blast guard because 50% damage reduction from blast weapons (that's quite much) Short boost + Quick land to hop around (Great explaination) AM7 Force because Force tune is a must -Quote High Shooter because a longer range and faster projectile is pretty effective on her (No Air will get away easily) Great Rapid Beta because the faster the better (You can't escape from her) Royal Earth Great Rapid Beta, see AM7 LG x2 Capacity because High Capacity gives me +35 Capacity instead of +40 and reduce my TGH Additional notes: I may add ex tunes because she feels way too squishy for me I'm not changing the default parts because they would kill the aestethic of this little loli Any advice? Which EX drive works better on her?

| I put Blutcandle on my Chloe HL, because I felt the fireball staff pairs better with the remote light shoot arm. (Then, reskinned Blutcandle to match her color scheme.)
Totally go Armor Drive.
The arm does not home, it's a remote attack. Oh, and the light shoot arm pierces through enemies and shields.. including Lumiera's shield and item drop shields. (It will not pierce a bubble shield like Rouche and Baltheon.) It's a pretty badass weapon. Also, because it's a remote attack, you can easily hit people that think they're perched safely on top of structures or antihoming airs that try to hit you from maximum height.

| Unfortunately I don't have a Blutcandle Ahahah
Thanks for the explaination of the weapons (I though the AM7 was an homing weapons cause I couldn't hit Seraphs :v)

The projectiles that spawn from the remote may not home, but remotes count as homing when you take anti-homing into account. |

| I would tune all speed on the remotes, because tunable remotes are BS. Then tune range on the staff and overrange. Unless you are against add on carts, you may consider accel roll to help survivability as well. | |

| i don't think tuning speed on remotes will help | |

| It'll hit Seraphs, unless they're flying full-speed in a straight line. Wait until they're circling or after they've sprouted new wings and the invulnerability has worn off but before they are back to full speed.
This arm is badass with hypershot. It has a massive HS clip size and a dramatic decrease in interval.
The remote weapon beams spawn above where a person is and then shoot down. Because seraphs fly so quickly, by the time it shoots down, they're ten feet past the mark. (Another reason that Blutcandle is great with HL's arm.. The fireballs from it do home in on antihoming.)

Are you sure about this? I haven't been shot at by this remote enough to take note of how it behaves, but every other remote displays randomized firing angles when faced with anti-homing. |

| It may be the huge projectile still getting clip hits even when fired the wrong way or something.

Hmm, I'll go hunt down a seraph and pay close attention, tonight. I do know that I regularly hit seraphs with it, but have great difficulty once they're flying in a straight line. I wish more people had HL. Her remote weapon is great for hitting laggy motorcycles and her trap arm binds people in their tracks. She's a great unit, I just don't really like the crystal beamgun-like staff.. so I threw it on my alphaChloe that I never use.

that's not how that works, locking on to people doesn't bring up a radar icon in the first place.

the Great Rapid beta tune on AM7 seems to work pretty good (broke 4 slut protector while tuning her)

I do know that I regularly hit seraphs with it, but have great difficulty once they're flying in a straight line. I was food poisoned, over the weekend, so it took me a while to finally test this. Yes, the Tunk Debil is correct. Antihoming sends remote protectiles.. or, at least HL's arm's projectiles, off in random directions. As long as they fly in a straight line, they're always flying away from the projectiles' origin point.. but, when they turn, they fly around the point of origin and stay near the point that they projectiles come from and get hit because they're near a large projectile's hit box.
