Chloe Peperomia GL

What should I tune on her Blutcandle? It's got 50 Force, so Force Tunes aren't a must, but her Speed isn't that good (250), her Range is alright (370), but are weapon tunes really needed? Speed, maybe, but then there's the Ammo issue (50). Minus 5 Ammo per Great Beta weapon tune.
Also, I'm assuming Short Boost, not Float Dash.

This is what I have in mind:

Blutcandle stats after tuning:
Force 50
Ammo 40
Range 370
Speed 325
Int 1200
DMG 74

Oh, should I swap in some of Chloe Peperomia HL's parts into the build?

if you are walked artillery without boostrun you only need 35 wlk.
i suggest flybased chloe due to platforms. tuning 40tec/31fly shouldn't be too hard.
busted stunguns are kind of a waste, 8 and 10 tgh isn't that much of a difference.

Winty is among the most knowledgeable players in cben. His memory is toptier (important for breakpoints) and he makes logicial builds.

Have you seen the majority of builds? Theias with CBC and parasols. Sylvia with Slow. LL plasma with paralyze. Illogical and poorly done. He don't build like that. Winty actively advises against said builds with reasoning.

Additionally, he doesn't turn away people in need. That means a lot in a game where misinformation runs rampant. Just listen to the blabbering in global for a minute and you'd know what I mean. His only requirement is that you think for yourself.

Maybe he made you mad by fragging you and then asking you to follow his Twitter. Maybe you're a delusional 30 year old. Who could say?

35 wlk is the last breakpoint for non-land. That's a fact. the last walk point isn't doing anything for you.
fly makes it easier to position platforms in useful places(where melee lands can't reach you). this is also a fact.
wasting 20cost for 2 tgh is stupid because you could get 30hp which will do a lot more. This is also a fact!

Buttcandle probably isn't even that good with wlk.
It's a weapon that takes forever to charge, doesn't deal that much damage to anything that isn't air (considering the charge time) and it actually benefits from height and positioning (well, any art does).
Her AM is barely a decent side arm (has all the flaws that made the original AM bad, just has changed stats).

IMO, you benefit more from being able to fly from high point to high point fast and to fly into the air's face fast, than being able to run at a meh speed.
There's arts that can do well with Boost run, or just pure wlk (mostly only for stability, and those are extinct bots), but buttcandle doesn't really seem to be one of them.

WLK is only worth for ARTs that has ghost hit problems when flying...

He's probably one of the few people left who actively posts advice in the forums I actually agree with. On that note, this Chloe has been my go-to artillery for a while and I agree with everything said.

I'm a LolHighDamage fag so I tuned G.Rapid x2 + G.Force on my Candle. It's pretty hard to actually run out of ammo on the thing especially with Stun Supply around and the force is pretty gnarly as it is so it scales upwards quite well.
