Anyone tried Seraph Crimrose PHI yet?

Hi everyone,

I was attempt to get pepen girl with 5 rounds garapon and I got this new type of crimrose.

I did tried to play around a bit and found out she is a decent ART except her heat gun that cost 3~6 seconds to charge and shoot. The damage is not as expect as Chloe's charge...

Does anyone have any comments on her yet or she is not that worth to build?
