Also, 3 Slot BS's all the way, because thats 3 EX tunes you could move to other moes in case you get tired of the moe or just for ease of tuning, 2 slots from Acc, 3-6 from Handhelds, and 3 from BS

if you EX tune all those, thats 11 EX tunes (some may only be able to use 8 due to 1 hand, or even 5 cause no open hands AKA 2x gun Berz, so if they have a open BS slot why not use it and make EX tuning a moe easier and still Aesthetically pleasing

well if you tune those 2accs 2handhled and a bs with everything have full slot

thats total 11 slot , so you need one tune to be a normal tune

with that , you will save 1 slot tuning in you bots

If the purpose of taking shortboost is to travel faster , take float dash

And prome doesnt need tec , her bits dont affected by that

, even if it affect , buff time still the same , so no point to keep tec

I have and play prome myself , 0 tec doesnt affect my prome at all

Also, that prome is done TUNING, but not done leveling. She's got another 110 HP to come as well as Ablative Armor and Last Stand (and something else off Armor Drive)

Her tunes were also mostly for maximum ease of tuning in mind. (and to be fair, Prome has a rather meh base HP at 415 with all capa carts taken).
