| I needed a low cost BS. I didn't like how Froglander poked out of her hair all square-like. Turtlebacker at least follows her hairline and looks like one of those old GI Joe BS that used to clip into the hole in their backs. I really wanted to use Sylvia BS3 or Lilu BS, but couldn't fit everything that I wanted with higher costing BS.
I revised the build as I was tuning to replace the Tanks for an Eternal on the HD. I hate losing Broad Radar, and it's the same HP to switch out and do a HRA HTA Eternal instead of Tank Tank HTB.
I couldn't dunk STR if I tried. This one is the Bikini version that has her arms locked, which add more STR than she needs.
(My regular one is going to be the LMB / Charge Delay one.)

| I feel bad because I actually did keep her base arms on for vanity.
The laser doesn't work with negative stats. It will immediately die without doing anything. Having Wonder balancer lets the laser work for sub 1 second from 3 positive.
I definitely recommend it. Does 100+ damage, hard stuns, and pierces

I definitely recommend it. Does 100+ damage, hard stuns, and pierces Except you have to git close to your enemies. The whole point or a ranged mikoto is to git away.

| It's a nice and cheap option to do a lot of damage and stun the piss out of one or more people in a limited amount of situations.

| the laser does 100+ damage if the thing survives for the entire duration, and hits things for the entire duration. I've seen it get destroyed halfway through, I've seen everyone scatter during the startup and the mikoto run around doing nothing. the laser costs 30(20+10 for the cart) and takes away a cart you could use elsewhere. There's tons of good carts for gunner lands and mikoto gets all of them. I feel one of the biggest strengths of gunner mikoto is to be able to take 5 carts where most gunners only get 3 or 4, or even 2 in the case of 6capa 2EIW cores. She's capable of triple hop carts and blast guard and fast recovery, or double hops and stun regain and fast recovery and blast guard, or double hops, fast recovery, and double guard. Or sway and double guards and fast recovery and tough runner. You won't get another high-end core that allows this kind of cart selection, without having to use hcapa and skip capa carts, which is rather large sacrifice.
also, the laser isn't an anti-homing bit.

| Valid points.
I am going to antihoming my 2nd Mikoto and drop the Lunar Radiance. I just really wanted to have one bot with it and one bot without it. It's fun to blast people and regular ranged Mikoto doesn't do much other than her Light Shoot. (I did consider adding Synoris BS, but I could do that to any gunner. She's the only one that gets the shiny, gold laser.)
I'm going to try to go purple Boost Run and charge delay arrows with my 2nd one, only taking the regular zero cart to unlock her 1000 ammo gun. I'll be able to fit guard carts onto that one. I probably couldn't fit 40tec with the HP I want, but her real purpose would be to have fun annoying people.
