Are there any good moes?

I don't think Regina Winberrl desperately needs tunes so I think it should be fine as it is with Broad Radar so long as I don't do something stupid with her. If I do tune her, I'll just do those +1 tunes.

I'm playing around with my School Eve, is the AIR route any good?

Air School Eve is top tier. Top tier faggot tier depending on who you ask. Basically any glide boost air feels S tier right now.

Comparatively, Air Eve is probably better than Land school Eve simply because Land School Eve's melee is horrendous. They both have the ability to apply powerless, and they both have the same ophax gun. I suppose it really just depends on if you like land or air mobility better.
