This. School Eve's gun is stupidly good in my opinion. Same gun on land or air.
It probably doesn't feel like it now with superranged things now but it doesn't stop it from being really good for what it is.
I always found Glide boost LND Eves hilarious as shit and potentially really fucking good, but I don't have any Eves so what do I know ;_;

Bikini Ivis and Ivis Reine seem to be the only competitive Ivises now. Personally, I have a hard time with any melee so nothing is too easy for me in that category. I won't touch that one.

Lumeria is op as fuck in the hands of a good player in my opinion. I don't see that many though. Probably because she's countered best by pierce gunners and there aren't many land gunners in arena in the first place.

School Eve sounds the most appropriate for what you want, then Lumeria and I have no idea on Bikini Ivis (even though, of these three, she is the only one I have. Herpaderp. I can't stay alive on her very long rip)

What else do you have, out of curiousity?

The only draw back with School Eve is that she can't change the bit to something else. This means no A-H.
And that since they buffed weapons last time, you can make a Laz hit harder than a school Eve, just with slightly less ammo and higher int.
Lnd type also gets significantly less HP, while Air sports CV and Glide boost.
But still, yeah, she's really good. Her only issue currently is how everything outranges her, and you still need to "aim" your shit or simply hope that the game doesn't make it shotgun like no tomorrow.

Justica is super busted, but no one plays her much. I don't know why there aren't more Justicas honestly, BOP is so good. Soooo goooood. Great weapons, great utility, great capa.

Original chloe is actually pretty great iirc. Making her work takes some getting used to though I think. If you can mixmatch parts from different Chloe's, she becomes really good really fast. You might have some trouble getting a decent pool of HP though, but that can be remedied with the Armor drive cart and maybe Capa tunes, but that might be excessive.

ALE Lily is a good LMB build, but really glass cannon. Otherwise, I don't know what would be a good solo weapon for S-Artillery.

ALE Crim is really versatile. Admittedly, you might be better off doing vanilla AIR weapons on better AIR bots. Original Seraph and HD Crim come to mind. But ALE has a neat utility. Does her sub still have melee tracking? She was also used as an Omniscythe air for a while. Do whatever you want with this one, you can't really do much wrong.

Regina is still a good support. I dunno what would be the best way to build her anymore. The heal field is a great utility. Other than that, your weapons will depend largely on what you want to defend against.
