On my opinion i like it except for 2 things

-Steal boost is OP on her and she'd need range mainly but speed is nice
-If you play her as a Constantly repositioning sniper and know when to get away 600 HP+ isnt needed but its nice to have

(These are just from my personal experience with her with my 489 hp istina that rarely dies)

I think you can live without the beam expiation though

why would you want to sit on your ass all day and have your only damaging weapon be negated by homing and be completely reliant on your team to hold ground for you?

expiation is only a useful weapon when your team is already winning.
The tail, though, is a broken set of weapons for pretty much any situation, and when you consider she's an M-sized air and not S-sized, she gets a huge array of weapons to choose from, especially considering her capacity. MLG is still one of the best close range air weapons, and one of the most damaging ranged weapons in the game. CBC is a broken weapon, allowing accurate, fast, high damaging shots as well as AoE nukes against clusters of enemies. Negatron rifle after the buffs is a great weapon and has decent range if you don't want to get close.

Expiation is a niche weapon that is built to be played with a team that has already won. It's extremely good at holding an enemy in their base and blasting the first person who tries to come out to the point of them immediately regretting their decision and turning around to run back inside. In short, it's a cancergun. For other situations, it's average in effectiveness. There's no reason for an air to dedicate themselves to this role when they are sitting on one of the best boost steal weapons in the game. Boost steal itself is a great offensive tool, the fact that her other weapon is expiation is a complete 180 from this. If you want to make use of the core, this is probably the best way.

also you're not a piece of shit which is always a plus.

CBC makes her look like a real sniper.

I understand the purpose of the "no expiation" build, and i know that boost steal
is broken as hell, but even knowing this its hard to me to just take off the most
interesting part of the bot and play without it...

Ah, such dilemma...

i don't see how sitting in one place and clicking at anything and hoping your homing weapon hits is "interesting" but that's just me.

Now i want another Istina just to do both builds...

I think that her Expiation is interesting cuz his mechanics is a bit
different from another weapons, and it makes me want to use it...

lol, i always wanted a Rinka just cuz i think her sniping rifle is cool...

boring is play as a support...

sniper will be hated for ever, because ( you know ).

We should respect rinka players, she is very hard to use.

Can't tell if sarcasm or not, but I did roll the original rinka from the thanks gara and I know for a fact I can't do jack shit with her unless my team's already winning the match. Otherwise I end up barely making it to the average score if that.

Obviously he's being sarcastic. All you do is sit in the back and shoot stuff, nothing more. She's easy to use and boring on top of that.

I'm guessing you're only thinking about Trintia's shitting out heal bubbles when you say that. As there's a wide selection for different supports that fill in different roles. Not just sitting on their ass and healing their team.

Mantria/Domoregina is dabes and hardest supports there is.

Real support carries Burst Fire.

You mean Long Range.

Real supports are chibis with dual slayer bits

i may not have played many of the current "good" fps games, but im pretty sure most of those games dont even offer any kind of sniper gameplay anymore. not like rinka is like an actual sniper.

anyways, the reason to use the sniping weapons in cb is a very simple one: diversity. making it just another copy of something (+booststeal) is just making more of the same (+booststeal) afterall. for stuff like this the performance is not the main selling point and never will be.

there's more people running her default setup than there are any form of CBC builds.

Istina= 520 speed homing bitch with the possibility of guiding it ass mid air. 90* turns ._.

i was talking about the scope and not about the shots

remotes might as well be homing for all the control you have over what they can and can't hit.
