what i learn from people said ouka bf can be build for :
1. tough wonder bit build for longer last spam wb, your own wb can protect you from gun fire. ( yes your wb has hp ).
2. hi HP ouka for survival.
3. boost run build. ( some how i don't want it because this game too much boost drain debuff ).

4. you can do a sneaky build like mine too...

im still fix it, i try to make both sword has weapon tune, she swing her sword together and deal double damages anytime.

that my problem.

You can't tune both her swords because only one have slots, it just has
the same name, but the swords isn't the same...

I just got Bikini Ouka recently, and I need some ideas on what to do with her. I have three options in mind.

-Max out STR and WLK as much as possible.
-High HP through Beast and Tank Tunes.
-Balanced STR and TEC for a better Wonder Bit.

Which would be best on her?

Also, I'm having a hard time deciding on a BS for her too.

Not sure about the Broad Radar though, take it off for more HP?

Her build isn't different from the other melees, 40 str, 38/1 boost run and the
highest hp that you can reach...

Iirc Broad Radar is only used for some very specific move, that allows you to travel very far with Reisen and Assault Steo...or something like that. I tried a balanced TEC/STR build. The connection time is pretty sad, I went 40 STR/1 TEC later. I don't remember if I even tuned Balancer, I think not (it's a yolo'd build with no weapon tunes). Try G-Graplers to reduce phasing through the target.

I wasn't planning on using Broad Radar for her. The Cartridges I had planned were Wonder Rate Up, Fast Recovery, Boost Run, and Assault Step.

Dunno if I'll use Great Grappler. Still looking for what to use. Part of me thinks that Slow or EX Powerless Beta might work better. I dunno

You clearly didn't see he put in Boost Run in there.

36 WLK is the breakpoint if you're NOT boost running, and 38 is the one if you ARE.

36 is without boost run, boost run needs 38 and 1 fly but if you have 1-4 fly its not gonna mess you up, unless ya have 0 fly then your dead meat boost run wise

Okay, I think I have a build thought out for Bikini Ouka now. Thankfully I have a Vishra BS, and I took all your points into account.

How's this? Has 500+ HP, 40STR and 38WLK, and the required carts.

would also mean youd have to take sword drive over guard drive which is probably the best so you can get 100hp for 647
no weapon tunes means you can add c.veil and opt for one of the new 4* core tunes ups and skip CC

Thanks MechaRev. I'll take that into account. The Weapon Tunes was because I had like 90 Cost left over after reaching 40STR 38WLK, and three slots open. And EX Melt is basically like Slow with an extra 100 Damage, which makes it stronger. But I guess I could use something else.

Is the rest good?

Hadn't noticed the carts
I'd suggest getting atleast blast guard since everything nowadays has blast on it
wonder rate COULD be ok, but you should be doing enough damage for your gauge to fill right away anyway
I'd honestly drop boost run for blast guard and wonder rate up for tought wonderbit since most bits are really frail without it
you can either do assault step or sway
asstep needing 38 wlk for last breakpoint and sway needing 37
I think there might be better boosters than vishra but that's up to you

Wonder rate up sounds like a good cart on paper, but it's bad in action. Get tough wonderbit if you want to abuse meatshield bits.

^ What he said. I compared a bot with that cart to a bot without it. The regen of the WB gauge was almost pretty much the same tbh.

Doesn't the wonder rate up cart only trigger when the player takes damage? I'm pretty sure the cart you guys are thinking of is for SUP bots only.

The fact that you have to take damage for it to be of use (Which is something you want to generally avoid doing on Ouka) makes it a bad cart for her.
