10/2 Update

・Malca BD, Malca BD2, Malca BD3's "HUGE THUNDER" and Malca BD4's "HUGE TORNADO" have had the following changes made:
- The All Guard effect will be granted while using.
- After usage, Boost Gauge will be replenished.

Doesn't work only for me?

IDK if everything works in JP, but EN definitely fucked it all up.

I was discussing Chloe GL with Rufie, earlier, and he confirmed that she doesn't have CV when charging her Blutcandle. I tested it, myself, also. I got stunned out of the six second charge.. and the AOE graphic doesn't seem to accurately represent the actual AOE. It looks like it explodes as large as a Baltheon shield, but it actually explodes at the same AOE as it did, previously.

not only you, im already tried my own malca inside alt there is no all guard or boost gauges replenished at all.

The boost refill works for me, it's just not a full refill.

All guard either isn't happening or isn't visible. Natascha no longer gets slow turn.

Shitty translations are old news, and I don't think Chloe's weapon is supposed to get CV at all (mostly because JP didn't mention that).
There's been instances that bots that are supposed to get all guard either doesn't get it or doesn't have the symbol while it's being applied. (until it was added later).

My Malca gets the boost just fine, and no, it's not the whole bar, it's just a small portion so you don't drop.

yeah, i also noticed on malca wayra that she restores around 1/3 of her boost
