Only as side arm, the cooldown on it and poor performance cripple it, even with tunes it's not reliable, and it's not a zooka.
Capa isn't enough for any handhelds. Even with aqua parasol, which is rather cheap, she still feels subpar, though she does have 2 other things to eat the capa away.
And yeah, redeeming feature is the ice wall being larger, though it also means that it has less ammo unless you pick EIW (which she can barely get if you give her another weapon).

With Parasol she's okay, nothing amazing still, just useful for the wall (and bit).

I can replicate my Pump Baz build on her, which makes her good enough on my book.

I'm loving the new Natascha update. I can now kick more butt with her now!

Natascha is one of my best robots, and now she's even more awesome! I don't have to worry about the long Shield Cooldown and such now.

So? Are we such degenerates who absolutely cannot and will not use anything that isn't the absolute best? Besides, she has her interesting gimmicks that make her more attractive as a core than others equivalents.

In the end, she's still sub par, you are not denying that, and I don't give a shit about what people do if they get their job done.

Her gimmicks also look much better on paper. Freeze kiss doesn't really freeze the enemy, it's 1 second or less (it feels like less) of slow down, and it doesn't even proc on every hit. There will be times that you hit the enemy and it doesn't proc, but it procs more often than don't. Wall is wall.

I actually wonder if her ice wall got fixed, because last time I used her, it didn't block psyguns at all. (Well, nowadays there's plenty of things that ignore walls and barriers, I should test some of them on TF, but oh well, not like testing and reporting to EN will do any good.)

Rev it's SCHOOL ICY. She has no built in weapons(like a vanilla icy) besides that shitty freeze kiss which doesn't really do anything significant. I'd have to stick another weapon on her with her sorry capa so it just makes me want to just get some other core.

I have her on alt and has played around with her, her cannon's cd makes it impossible to be used as a main weapon but everything else about it is quite fantastic, making it perfect as a side arm.

Because other cores that doesn't even need to be from gara can do a better job with the weapon that you are giving her, even though she can ice wall, yeah, pretty much why mine never got past the testing phase. It's not the core that was being any good, it was the weapon that I was using. The weapons feel like a crutch.
Aqua Parasol? Put it on lnd or air, get better movement. Put it on a mecha and you can get good shields and/or self applying long range, temporary barrier, etc etc.
Pump zooka? Gun arms can get 40 tec. Other cores and even other moes will probably get better stats/carts.
You don't get a wall, but you can still get plenty of other things anyway.

The wall is fine, though without EIW you can't really spam it which makes it so you either risk less or die faster, and EIW is barely an option on her, unless you give up on carts, which could actually help her just as much, or more.
The kiss is just... too unreliable to be a feature that makes you use her. If I use a bot for it's features, I want them to be reliable, else there is no reason to use said bot. When it hits airs, it can fuck them, when it does hit, because it feels like trying to hit a small bird, 100 yards away with a needle. It can help you run away from melee, can, it might not really help most of the time. Meh at damage, meh at support, just ends up being disappointing.

After using her for a while, it just didn't give me much of a good reason to tune her. I really wanted to, but it just felt like waste of mats. But if someone does, I don't really care, it's their shit, it's just makes it distasteful when after some time they start complaining about everything that they were warned about. If it works just fine for them, good for them.

How I see her, is that she's one of those units that even if CS puts her 3s version on the shop, nearly no one will use her still.

What else you gonna tell me next? Don't use Hound Dog/Shino because there's Cyclote? Don't use Lily HD Pump build because there's Amateus? Don't use Galsteel Large Baz build because there's Gaderoga? Don't use A.L.E. Laz because you could stick a Striker Rifle/Estes Mag on an Accel or a Baron?
