which the max success rate is 95% for tune ups(unless its a 100% tune up)

Well, usually it DOES work like that...plus they usually add a moe here and there(last shop got Kiriha School edition afterall) or some extra part/s, statsticks, w/e.

Also, the update specifically said rt sale followed by "robots at 50% off". It's a bit ambiguious but you can kinda assume it'll include shop rt parts as well as it usually is.

I assume that with robots and parts they talk about the robots and parts that were available for coins. Like the Valentine versions of moes that you could get for 200 or 300 coins.
