New bits info

- Lisel missile bit: Like her own bit, this one only acts when you attack someone. Fairly good, though idk how much it stuns.
- Pierce gun bit: probably best dps, good for crowd controlling hopper.
- Burst missile bit: Like lisel bit, idk how much it stuns to be good.

Tbh these are better than most of the bits that ART can use.
- Samurai bit: This doesnt hurt shit lol, worst than d.slayer bit for the same cost. Well to be fair, it has good range of attack.
- Yukkurim bit: Same as spike bits.

The samurai bits work like BF's, meaning it's meant for extra damage without stunning and messing up combos. In a way, it makes it better than dual slayer for melee as it doesn't trigger the mercy stun early.

Is the Burst missile bit a new one or the old one, because we already had that one for a while now.
