This Forum Not Connect To Official Site

Since this forum not connect to the official site, me creating an account here feel kinda useless now but considering this site the only site that all those people who didn't post anything in the official forum, actually posted here. I just wanted to know how many people, who did a charge for RT ever get their RT at all, some I'm pretty darn sure did get their RT but others didn't and for that I need to know how many?

Your question is not something we can answer accurately as we do not note down the exact numbers of who were not able to receive their RT. It would be best that you send or file a ticket to CS if you have issues receiving RT.

Send ticket directly to the affiliated parties that you dealt with (eg. PayPal, etc..). Sending a ticket to CS will only redirect you to the company you dealt with. Hope this help!
