Possibly, it was a request by the actual studio that created the anime, or something like that.

Yeah she cant be skinned...

I'm actually not surprised since people turn robos/moes into other things via skinning and Sanae is Sanae and shes a collab so No messin with her

(BTW Sanae-Land Yurika-Support Underground Tit Monster-Art Tulip/BlueKnight-Air it makes sense since theres 4 Moes each and 4 types and has specific things about em and the hardest 1 sanae is outta the way)
