Fake Contact Info?

After sending over 400 support tickets on prizes I haven't received for the cf campaign and missing rt, I decided to see if I could find any sort of phone number in order to contact cs. If worse comes to worse, I can speak fluent japanese in order to talk to the japanese support agents.

But I found this number in a privacy policy thing.

Please, let us know what happens when you call. I accidentally missed the CF that gave premature tickets, so I got all of my prizes.. but, still, that's shitty as fuck that they (CBEN) messed up, screwed everyone that played CF that night over and won't respond to customer service. Someone on the official forum even mentioned that a guy was blocked on CB's Facebook page for even asking about it there.

Update:

The 408-660-3051 number is not cyberstep but a locksmith company that moved in. However it was the correct address.

The 408-320-4911 number that anti suggested keep me on endless ring for 4 minutes then it hung up on me. No straight to voicemail or anything. I'll probably try again later.

Haven't tried the Japanese support center ones yet.

Every Japanese number I called basically told me this, "Fuck off we don't deal with these types of problems, use the contact support tickets to ask for help in the EN games." No help what so ever and they didn't give me any contact info for the EN sites.

So, it's confirmed that CSEN offices are abandoned on normal workdays at normal work times.. and CSJP doesn't give a flying fuck about CBEN.

You might try on Wednesday night when the GMs have to be at the office to do the updates.

I wish I had played videogames less and learned more hacking techniques.. It would be hilarious if someone vandalized CBEN's main page to bring to light that they aren't answering customer service emails.. or if someone in Cally actually stalked the CSEN office and managed to kidnap a GM and release a video of them explaining why they are so lazy and can't be bothered to answer support emails.. under as much physical duress as possible..

Their customer service/ticket responders have been dead for a while I think. I didn't get some charge bonuses from the Paypal spring gaming sale and sent in a couple of tickets, no response as of yet. I've more or less given up on it

Maybe people should try spamming the support desks for all of CS's games. I heard that most of CBEN's GMs hang out in Get Amped, so they might look at their emails more often.

Also, remember, for the cost of a few stamps, you too can mail dildos to Tempura.

Missing 400rt for about 4 months. I know exactly why and they do too, but they never fixed the problem.
