Reminds me of mine a bit.
I'd vouch for dropping tough runner for stun regain and sway for assault step because of its speed and invul frames, but that's just my two cents.
Do you have any revenge tunes? (This might be easier if you paste your whole build through the text export function)

I think the build is fine. She can easily get red tier boost run, and not getting it is a pretty big waste. Like alathon said, trade tough runner for stun regain and sway for assault step

Does the Cheer Pom pon, silver headphone and Tonosama lander BS (which comes from Tonosama)
still available in shops or garapon?

Cosmic Break wiki seems not showing the source or the stuffs you had mentioned or even no result.
