I just want to ask, where the hell is [Mini Scarlet Gem] and both types of [Garnet Gem]?

I thought of making a complete sparkling bot, cant do anything without those.

I need it for Fabulous Aura and Twinkles

Iirc they're all supposed to drop in the arena.

The garnet gems are a prize that you get for being a faggot during the Hyper Arena campaign.
The mini scarlet gem was a one-time freebie that they gave out when they introduced core tuning so that idiots can be enticed to doing the level 1 core tunes that don't really do shit except make your bot/moe look literally like a faggot
