Problem while Patching the game

I install the game and run the patcher. When its "updating application files", the download stops at around 32%. Ive tried re-installing to see if it would fix it, but to no avail. By exiting out of the patch (through task manager) and re-patching, i get continuous connection/critical errors in-game, probably because the patch was interrupted. Ive turned off the firewall and patched, but to still have it stop at around 32%. Ive even left only the patcher open, exiting out all other programs to see if it would help, but it didnt...

On one occasion I was able to get the game fully patched, probably from luck, and play the game without any sort of problem. That changed after the Thursday Maintenance Patch. I, once again, get connection/critical errors over and over whenever in game.

I installed the Japan CosmicBreak to see if it was a problem with my computer, but I was able to run the game fine, and the patch successfully... patched without any problems.

One more thing I noticed is that, when it stops around 32%, the task manager shows that its using up 0% of the CPU.

Any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

ur not the only one with this problem it seems the server bouncing and raping thin air.....its probably the server since alot of ppl getting such problem so unless cb notice its or gets a spark of goodness i doubt it be fixed anytime soon.....

Thanks for the reply, though even before the Thursday Maintenance, attempting to patch the file still stopped at 32%. Were the server issues still present in the past, or only upon this recent maintenance?

Recent. The game was fine until that maintenance here you can trade 10 energy stones.

Some dumb dev must have touched something he shouldn't.

Oh ok. So, hopefully, wait for a patch fix will fix the game. I technically had the 32% issue before this patch, but I backed up the most recent patch before re-installing.

Nevertheless, I'm still quite curious about getting stuck at 32%. Since it was before the Thursday maintenance, would it still mean a connection issue between Cyberstep and my own internet? Sounds like I'm the only one who has encountered the "stopped patch".
