My patcher stop downloading while patching,and if i looked at my modem ,my modem doesnt download any data so its stopped.need help.thanks

delete the update file and try again

i tried deleted the update file.its still same its stopped at 9% for upper dl and 26 % for lower dl,but it has complete update 100% and 100% then goes to zero again.i waited for like 2 hours its still doesnt move. its stuck at voices.kar0.296.0 and at dists0.297.0.
