Cyclone Guns are good for alphas, yes.

I'd recommend Kon BS and two Cross Shooters if you're going to do alpha AG, though.

Hah.. I remember that topic; the guy that wanted a 3GCapa MB AG.

I hated my AG AIR.. her blaster's tracking is shit and it fires fewer shots than regular AG.. so I turned her into a non-serious, derpy MB air. All I gave her was one of those parasol missiles, a 3s beamgun, 40 tec and a Yukkiricole.

I still find it funny how some people took him serious.

I don't even use AG. Don't like her. I've got 3 sitting in sub now.. actually I think I Ouka'd one of them because it was a duplicate.

it's a mystery to me why you have float dash on an air that has no business being either on the ground or anywhere near anything that could ever harm it.

I skipped out testing tough wonder bit on her or asking about it (probably shouldn't have in hindsight) and honestly Beam Guard would probably be better in general all around. I would've done Short Boost/Accel Roll because it escapes a little better but bleh the extra cost.

I don't claim to be the best technically skilled player hands on so when I go cave splunking like a moron to finish something off or do get stunned out of the air by something with equally absurd range it's helped me bitch out of my mistakes more then anything else... that and the boost refill hardly lasts me all match. That and it's probably worth mentioning that every non-LND and their mother have an aneurysm when they see me and try to get as close-range as possible because of it, lol.

I'd totally go Tough Wonderbit cartridge and Wonder Balancer core tune. Pursuit Bits are annoying as fuck.

(Actually, this stirred my memory of one of the matches today. I was trying to shoot Chloe-balls at you, (still 36tec and no radar.. (soon..))and I kept hitting your bits, instead)

With the core tune, Aeolius went from a 47 second WB charge to 64 seconds at 40/1.. so it's a noticeable buff.

Helingal doesn't fly for 1 million seconds.

helingal has no boost refill
helingal doesn't sit at 300+ range from every threat the entire match
helingal has reasons to land and be close to opponents.

These are reasons to have quick boost.
If you are never going to land, or never going to land in a place where it's required for you to take off again fast, then there's 0 point in having quick boost.
it's that simple.
Most builds only get 4 or 5 utility carts, why waste one on something that has 0 use

finally got this fully leveled. It's done now.

1. antihoming is king
2. I tried the ranged melee thing and it really didn't seem worth it.
3. By not taking any zero carts I get more real carts to play around with. 5 utility carts is really strong. I have 600hp and 16tgh stun regain. I have fast recovery. I have blast guard. Hard to find a hopper core than can have 5 utility carts and still have this much HP and this strong a weapon.

I wish the teleport step thing wasn't so bad...I can't use it from a hop at all and if I use it while running I arrive at a full stop and have to start running again. It's really hard to use for mobility because of this, I usually only use it to kite backwards against melee.

you need another zero cart for that shitty tp step to go (a little farther) and it will still stop you after you use the step which is kinda stupid.

i'm surprised you didn't take the barrier cart wints

Remote melee does good job against arts, particularly those with barrier shots/beam canceller. Would be better if it doesn't have bad hit rate and do four hits per click.

honestly it's not good enough to warrant taking it over alternatives.
