| I'm fairly certain they're two separate questions.
The EIW only effects her melee, which is nice to have but not as something use EIWs unless you heavily rely on the melee.
From what I remember, eaglet blaster isn't worth it at all. | |

| Eaglet blaster range sucks... so don't buy it. Being under 200 Range vs ARTs or LND especially in groups (except if you're a melee AIR like lux legion) is suicide most of the time.
I don't know if I would recommend EIW since I saw most Connie Sheriffs just go "run & gun" and only melees lone ARTs since they are too fragile to duel other heavy melee LND moes/bots. | |

| Connie's GBA is TEC based, but even so, her tune slots are really low.
Not recommended unless you -really- want to use her xD.
If you do get her, freebie piercegunner x2 and melee.
