No because:

1. Bangs over eyes defeat the purpose of moe hd eye textures. We can't exactly recolor hair here.
2. You forgot Misty, and hair in this game has barely any physics (only wave/flying animation at best). This would require having to re-make hair physics and you know damn well CS won't do that.

Unless we have a moe with a hair drill attack, I don't think we're going to see another coming anytime soon.

Oh my mistake then, the >3br room was already empty when I started playing and I was going by how you could get 5 at a time from the previous campaign

What i mean is you always get 0 cards no matter what from the room, and no reason is showed.
