LND/SUP/ART cores: Sol Volca or Swift Jet?

For both WLK and FLY based builds.
I'm debating which is better.

Sol Volca extends further when used after grounded dash action but leaves you hanging for a while immediately after. Has 20 ammo so better for longer matches.

Swift Jet has a shorter range but based on my experience, can really fuck up someone's targeting real bad when used along with hops at the right moment. Also doesn't leave you with a slight opening unlike Sol Volca because it lets you land faster. 15 ammo, less compared to Sol Volca, so you shouldn't really spam as much outside of hopping around the enemy camp like an idiot.

I need people's opinion on this. The ones who have actually used both. Thanks.

my take:
long range/nonaggressive(healers) should use sol volca for better escapes since it covers more distance.

Short range builds(especially fly-based ones) should use swift jet for invulnerability frames and quicker, more precise repositioning as you fight.

tl;dr all the sol volca roar arm builds are dumb l0l

So Swift Jet it is for hoppity-hops, then.
