Why not tune to the 16 TGH break? You're pretty close already, and it should enhance your survivability.

Id pick stun regain over quick land

Also, you can swap out some of the high tunes for alphas/betas to get more capa for a little bit more hp; unless you plan on turning those into ex versions

100% guarantee to succeed, no matter what the slot.
You don't need any materials.
But you do need the money required for said ex-tunes.

I think it's 10k for vanilla ex tune, 14k for high ex tune, and 22k for great ex tune.

Also, you cannot trade parts that have been tuned with said cosmos.

BR will make you outrun the blade itself.

Justicia has enough on demand CVs to really not mind skipping BR.

Don't take stun regain, blade grants CV while charging and is virtually infinite as long you have ammo (charging blade won't consume ammo), then you can use shield (which also grants CV) when blade is on cooldown in times of need.

Stun regain doesn't trigger on CV effect.

And I won't recommend grapplers on the melee because it doesn't go through shields and traveling is lacking in both speed and distance.

Either high gladiator it or try out paratune on blade since any of them should make a notable difference in catching/stun locking people.

Why tune high glad on something that has no trouble reaching and sticking to your opponent?
