Hi, I got Stella Caracall on Mega Gara and a whole bunch of cosmos harmonics. Im planning to fully tune her and i came up with this build.
I'd like the community's opinion before starting (any suggestion will be considered).
BTW: I already got the BS tuned the way it is.
(Note that i have 1 weapon slot)

a Few things:

1. Why would you want to switch her Booster? Stella's BS is much better than the Cyberstep BS.
2. Why switch her Accessory?
3. 36 Fly? Seriously?

1. Because you don't have to worry about breaking it.
2. Because the one he chose are better.

Really, thought there's no ACCs better for TEC-AIRs compared to a +1 Tec +1 Fly ACC. Then again, personal preferences I guess.

Honestly, they are about the same, except capa ones make you slightly fatter.

If he used +1 +1 ac, he could change the eagles to life tunes and the build would be 10 cost "slimmer".

But his build is rather... not that good tunes wise. 0str, still has wlk to kill, eagle tunes, high boost tune. Yeah.

With 5 capa, you can tune high boost beta, which means you get 1 tec and 2 fly with that acc. Unless you don't want to ditch str/wlk is low, those kind of accs are better.
