2 Nitro Boosts non-replenishable = have to be game finisher to use it or you can just suicide after 2 usage

Capa = not enough to use "2 or 3 decent weapons at a time even with AMJ"

the capa isn't an issue if you ignore the extra arms. You can easily get good tech, decent walk(you don't need high walk due to nitro) and level 10 with the capa he has. my build was 40tec, 25 walk, boost run and hops with a 2x gforce baron burner and a kshield. I had a handy magnum mod in one of the spare arms in case I ever needed to farm.

you can't get the same stats if you actually try to use his extra arms, which is sad. It's not practical to do double kshield+single weapon builds with max tech, for example, which is one of the ideas that comes to mind with a bot like this.

Winty, you should replace your K-Shield with a K-Aegis. Looks more badass, is larger, and guards better against blast weapons.

The stats, cost, and loss of 20 hp isn't worth the extra 35 cost on something that already is somewhat capa tight.

would require a rework of the build since it would result in -fly, and I wouldn't be able to take quick land cart+blast guard carts.

basically it's far too expensive to use on something that already has capa issues.
