I would do something like this if you're dead-set on a full complement of EX tunes.

If I May?:

It has less cost, better stats, and a better complement of weapon tunes. The only downside is it has less raw HP. However, with Crimson Veil/All Guard up all the time, that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Slow is fraud. You're wasting capa with it. There's even a cartridge that prevents it entirely.

I think Anti-Slow is rar on any server, especially given that most cores who have access to it may also pick fast recovery, which is the better overall cart. I was thinking about taking Anti-Slow on my Diana because of ifinite shitvias and Aivisus, but then I realised that those ould stunlock me, regardless - this is why my Diana is better off with Fast Recovery and also why no LND stunlocker actually needs slow tune l0l

A quick question do mikoto and astralyzer count as stunlock melees?

mikoto can probably stunlock, but astralyzer probably can't
since i do remember people talking about his melee having cooldown

Mikoto can stun lock yes, astralyzer can't.

Also slow is meta in EN because they rather tune that then actually choosing something that will benefit that melee more. Perfect example is all the really shitty skillvias/

my sylvia is tuned with 3xggraps ... is that the kind of sylvia you are talking about or is it something else??

I find it funny in th meta that they tune sylvia with 3x slow....annoying.....

It's old news but most en skillvias opt for slow tune because they're dumb when she actually doesn't need it. Old news is old. There are better tunes but they never listen.

1x EIW:

38 WLK hits Assault Step breakpoint
Quick Land to make forward movement using Assault Step more fluid
38/1 boost run
Max STR for max damage
3x HGlad to chase everything
1 EIW to increase CVeil ammo (if you play conservatively and last throughout the match

Broad Radar:

Changing the two Beast tunes into Power tunes means you free up 20 capacity which gives you room for Broad Radar.

The reason why the ex-tunes are on the accessories and not on locked parts of Ivis X is because you can mix and match the ex-tuned accessories and use them for other bots. If you roll some other melee moe, for instance, you can use the accessories you already have tuned.

These are assuming you really want to go the extra effort and make a perfect build. Most of us are perfectionists, but you can really do decently with a less than perfect build (as in you don't max STR or something and just focus on mobility).

yes, i was fucked hard by a slow tuned Reine 2 days ago. 1st hit slow.
