Most random thing you've seen or done today in real life?

Iunno how important your Bday is to you, but I'd recommend you, not to do a favor to others, ever, on that day. i did it a few times and always ended-up becoming a little more misantropic for some reason.

Thanks, Himmel.. but, I'm the only one in the family that will spend time with my great aunt. She lost her husband a few years back and then turned into an alcoholic pill-head (at an age over 65.) My maternal family just doesn't really get along with each other. If I didn't help her out, her house would look like shit (literally.. lol) and she might have social services called on her.. (that's where the US government steals away an old person and puts them into a nursing home once they find out that they can't take care of their self.)

Just went to leave.. found out that my trunk, although appearing to be shut.. had been just slightly cracked open since Saturday night, (the last time that I was in there.) One of the arms on the side of the trunk broke and it didn't shut all the way. So, now I get to wait on my battery to charge. (Thank god I actually have a battery charger.)

At least Aile gave me another Slot Protector for my birthday.

I really thought today was going to be a shitty birthday because of how it started out with my car battery being dead. However, today fucking ruled.

I was finally driving to my aunt's house.. feeling bummed out.. and said, to myself, "I want to hear a depressing Tool song." BAM!.. Tool was the next artist on the radio. Score the exact song that I wanted to hear!

Then, I was cleaning my aunt's house and she wanted me to also help her go through some of her drawers to see what was in them. Inside were eight pairs of jeans and black slacks from her dead husband.. in my size.. with most of them still having the store tags on them. Score dead people pants! (My favorite kind.)

Finally, we were going through other drawers and found a quarter of an ounce of weed.. and she can't smoke anymore.. (her pain management doctor randomly drug tests her to make sure that she isn't taking anything "extra.") So.. score a bag of grass! (I had quit smoking, months ago. I'm going to get straight up sloppy on my burfday.. and probably tomorrow.. and also Sunday.. and maybe even Monday..)

On another note, today was so good I rode my bike around for a little while, since the road was clean of ice and snow for once. I rode down about an hour before coming back, totaling about two hours in lovely 40 degree weather.

Minus the monetization model and balancing (and java issues), CB is fine. It is mechanically sound and unique, hence IMHO really doesn't need to be like anything else.

I spent R100 (about $9) on a tiny Transformers toy that's actually more like a McDonalds toy than anything else, part of me is crying over the wasted money whilst the other part is all like FUCK YEAH AUTOBOTS WAGE THEIR BATTLE TO DESTROY THE EVIL FORCES OF DECEPTICONS.
