need help X: this ish my build i made but still doesnt seem to be legit X:

i decided to actually keeps wings since i notice they are amazingly helpful

Build wise other than the str/tec balance due to the wing shots not being as useful, imo you can follow the suggestion made here

If you have the original litia, just slap the blue tail onto her and make her more annoying.

I don't see the appeal in keeping Blue Wing. It would've been worth the cost with the old shot, but a 90 cost warp just seems droppable.

wow that build looks really good o; although yea kindna unsure to keeps the wings now since i notice i barely use the teleport..... but the main does help do something >.< well i see what i decide on the end

Recently got her, yeah the warp isn't that usefull.
