so I got a Resha... I took the every zero cart on meluc path

how to build her???

not sure about 40 tec...cause I use the melee for swatting fat arts

Though I really really do hope this topic isn't legit, but anyways, quick points i can remember from general discussion that's not easily searchable

- do not show your ass the entire time you're running away
- your vox is not worth wasting on single target
- beam canceler do block your vox and meloc

my dusty resha has 10 str 40 tec, she has enough base str to not worry about maxing out tec

Just don't Vox Barrier bits with no one inside of it or single targets.

well there's plenty of ways to build an resh

you can go walk and then:
get assault step to hit and run
get hops to kite people
i feel sway is kind of wasted since you get free ql which is really nice for making use of other carts, but it's still not bad at all.

You can use 31fly accel roll builds(will probably not have +str if you do this)

tuning meluc has a wide variety of options

force hshooter grapid <- i use this
hshooter grapid grapid <- suguri tuned this, it's more expensive and doesn't last as long because less ammo
force hshooter hshooter <- expensive but range is really cool on meluc, though be aware what it does to close range meluc. Not as much speed as the tunes I use but still good
para hshooter grapid <- para is good on resha, kind of expensive setup

IIRC 34 is an assault step breakpoint.

I think W.If wants to keep 11 STR or something. You can still clean house with her melee even with 0 str, though.

I had my str up there to harass things with dual slayer bits. I don't know how you can't reach max stat with something as OBESE as her

the different of normal tune and ex tune are only the hp

ex : tec = +1 tec
ex tec = +1 tec, +5hp

8 high beta ex-tunes (+10 hp each, so 8 * 10 = +80 hp)

Even though Resha is so fat, that's still a decent amount of HP for no ex-tunes. Plus she has amot vanic, so her durability shouldn't be an issue most of the time.
There's no need to use ex-tunes. Normal tunes would do fine, too.

there's also the matter of success rates, too.

Vanilla non ex-tunes are 100% now.

Vanilla ex-tunes, while pretty cheap compared to other ex-tunes, have like 35% success.
